The next step is to get the management involved and committed to the cause after which an implementation team is setup to manage the process. Most often after this stage, the management backs off leaving the responsibilities to the implementation team alone causing challenges in the implementation. The implementation team then checks the context of the organization against the customer requirements and defines the organizationââ¬â¢s quality management standard (QMS) from there. An awareness campaign is done to inform everyone in the organization about the QMS implementation and then staff are trained to meet the requirements. Roles are assigned and an operations plan is then created. At this stage, the process plan is documented and then process is carried on. An internal audit takes place to check the conformance of the process and products to standards. The results of the audit are put up for management review and then corrections are made where needed.
